The Symposium on Sports Health was held in CISS on April 14, 2018. Zhang Liang, president of CISS, Jeff Mc Cubbin, the dean of School of Health & Human Sciences of Colorado State University, Barry Braun, the director of School of Health & Human Sciences of Colorado State University, and doctor Li Kaigang and other leaders attended the meeting. More than 100 researchers from various provinces and cities also attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhao Jiexiu, director of the scientific research department of CISS.

　　The purposes of this Symposium were to carry out the strategy of Healthy China, promote the researches about sports health, and enhance international academic exchanges. Meanwhile, CISS signed a cooperation agreement with Colorado State University during the meeting. At the same time, Zhang Li, director of exercise biology research center of CISS, Barry Braun, School of Health & Human Sciences of Colorado State University, Feng Qiang, assistant professor of CISS and Li Kaigang, doctor of School of Health & Human Sciences of Colorado State University made presentation on Sports Health respectively.
