By the invitation of Society of Health and Physical Educators (SHAPE America) and International Chinese Society for Physical Activities and Health (ICSPAH), Zhang Liang, president of CISS, vice chairman and secretary-general of China Sport Science Society (CSSS), Yang Jie, deputy secretary-general of CSSS, Li Qinghui, vice director of Editorial Department, and editor Ding He attended the academic seminar and bilateral-communication events from March 19 to 25, 2018 in Nashville of America.

　　On March 20, the CISS delegation attended the 4th academic seminar of ICSPAH. Focusing on the theme of “Opportunities and Challenges: Promoting Health through Physical Activity”, more than 60 experts and scholars reported and discussed different topics in the seminar. Zhang Liang, president of CISS, gave a keynote lecture entitled “CISS and Technology assists the Olympics”. He introduced the strategic positioning, basic tasks, achievements, and planning of CISS in the area of Technology assists the Olympics. He also hoped to build collaboration with universities and organizations in America and work together in the area of Technology assists the Olympics. Other members of CISS delegation reported their research and works as well.

　　From March 21 to 23, the CISS delegation also attended the opening ceremony of 2018 Annual Meeting of SHAPE America and the International Leadership Forum of ICSPAH. The CISS delegation communicated and discussed many concerned issues with the leaders and scholars of SHAPE America and ICSPAH, and willing to carry out more collaborative projects in the future.
